Eggs !! I love eggs, what about you? eggs are incredibly nutritious!
Cholesterol
It is true that eggs are high in cholesterol!
Apart from health benefits , eggs are equally good sources for hair growth and face cleansers.
Benefits of Egg for our hair
Eggs are rich in vitamins A, D, and E in addition to proteins, fatty acids, and sulphur. These nutrients make eggs a very potent treatment for all your hair woes. Moreover, they make it a natural hair conditioner too. The health benefits that eggs might have on your hair are:
Lack of moisture is the reason why hair becomes dry. Applying egg on such hair can provide it the moisture it is lacking.
Prevention of hair breakage and repairing the damage sustained by them is also made possible by the nutrients present in eggs.Using eggs on hair can return their natural lustre and shine with the help of the fatty acids they contain. People having hair that is hard to manage can be made a lot more manageable with the use of eggs.
Benefits of Egg for the face
When you mix the egg white with liquid milk, honey, and tomato juice and apply it on your face in the morning before taking your bath, then wash off with warm water after 15 minutes, do this for one week and your face will be shining.

July 21, 2016 at 8:26 amEggs are phenomenal.
I've never tried them in my hair. I'm scared that I may cook them in there by washing with too much water. I plan on doing a facial mask with eggs soonest.
Helpful post!
