Skin Toner:
The Rice water is an excellent skin toner. It helps in keeping the skin smooth and glowing. It will even your skin tone.
Reduces the pore size:
The ugly pores give an unhealthy look to your skin. Damp a cotton ball into the rice water and apply it on your skin. The rice water acts as an astringent and thus tightens the pores, making it appear smaller. It firms up the pores as well.
Acne Healer:
The outbursts of acne can be easily treated with rice water. Apply it on the acne area by using a cotton ball. The redness effect will gradually be reduced.
Treatment of eczema:
The starch components help in dealing with eczema. Boil the rice with water. Take it off from the stove once the rice is cooked. Do not strain it frequently as possibilities of loss of starch component are high. Cool the water and apply on the affected area. Regular application will treat eczema.

How To Apply
Damp the cotton in rice water and apply on your face. Let it air dry.
Hair Mask:
Use rice water as a hair mask to get that long silky shiny hair. Pour the rice water on your hair and scalp, such that it reaches to the scalp. Let it stay there for 20 minutes. You can add some essential oil like lavender, rosemary or coconut oil to make it smell nice on your hair, wash it with normal water. Shampoo and apply conditioner to it.

To prepare Rice water, You’ll Need:
1/2 cup uncooked rice (brown, white long grain, white short grain, jasmine, or any type you have)
2 cups water
To make rice water,
Rinse the rice with about a cup of water to remove any dirt or impurities.
Then, place 1/2 cup of uncooked rice in a bowl and cover with water. Let the rice soak for 15 to 30 minutes. Turn it gradually until the water turns cloudy. This will help the vitamins and minerals seep into the water, creating a nourishing rinse for your hair and skin OR You simply wash the rice and put it to boil for some minutes, allow to cool and you are good to go.
Strain out the rice water into a clean bowl or container. You can store your rice water in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for a few up to a week. Your rice water is ready to use for a variety of hair and skin treatments:
